Bio

Aaron Matthew is a US-born performing artist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist.

Now based in South Miami, Aaron first emerged on the Savannah, Georgia music scene in 2010, before living abroad in the Dominican Republic for 9 years.

His music sounds like blues, funk, and folk blended into a love for hip hop and jazz that combines to make a dreamy, universal sound.

Aaron currently plays stripped-down solo acoustic sets and live looping vibes that incorporate beatboxing, bass, guitars, vocals, and other instruments, and is seeking out talented musicians for collaboration and band projects. 

Experienced in artistic, energetic small to medium size venues, Aaron's music fits on playlists with artists like Ben Harper, Trevor Hall, Fat Freddy's Drop, Tubby Love, Slightly Stupid, and John Butler.
